Triad Census 2010 Training: February 20 Another Opportunity!
Democracy North Carolina, Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods, the Winston-Salem Urban League, Alpha Kappa Alpha Connections, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority will be co-sponsoring a Census training on Saturday, February 20th from 10:00am - 2:00pm at the Winston-Salem Urban League, 201 West Fifth St, Winston-Salem, NC 27101. The training is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided.

Participants at this training will learn more about the Census process, including how to effectively reach hard-to-count areas, how to apply for Census jobs, outreach to faith and community leaders, and other helpful tips. We will also discuss how the Census ties into all the important issues facing our community such as money for roads and schools, voting districts, community development and more.
