The precinct organization is the foundation of our Party. Precinct members are neighbors who can share information about candidates, recommend names of poll officials to work on election day, advise candidates and elected officials about local concerns, assist the party volunteering throughout the year and leading "get out the vote" efforts during election time. Precincts must hold an annual meeting with materials provided by the County and State. The County also recommends holding meetings regularly throughout the year to strengthen the precinct. The precinct chair leads the effort to organize the precinct and becomes the Party’s link to the neighborhood by passing along information from the candidates or Party officers.
If you are not a member of your precinct organization and would like to be active, please see the list of precinct officers to contact your neighborhood leaders or contact us at 724-5941.
If your precinct is not organized and you would like be active, please contact us with your precinct’s name (the school, church, or fire station where you vote), your name, and a contact number or email address. Maybe you can help get your precinct organized! Please call 724-5941 or email .
